Sean leads Drake Loss Consulting’s building practice, bringing more than 35 years of property insurance experience to rebuild, mitigation, and building loss appraisals. Having worked on both the carrier and public adjusting sides, he evaluates claims from both perspectives and builds positions that hold up in appraisal.

Sean also leads the firm’s case reviews and formal consultations on building claims across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
